SITE INFORMATION

Privacy & disclosures

How this initial website draft handles information and what its demonstrations mean.

Contact enquiries

The contact form submits your name, email, company, area of interest and message to BGT using a server-side email handler. The information is used to respond to your enquiry. BGT does not intentionally store form submissions in the website analytics system. Email delivery depends on the hosting provider and may create mail-server logs.

Analytics and cookies

This version of the site uses first-party, aggregate website analytics to count page views and clicks on demonstrations or enquiry links. These counts do not contain IP addresses, device identifiers, browser fingerprints, query strings, form contents or referral URLs. No visitor-tracking cookies, advertising pixels or external analytics services are used. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days in a folder outside the website document root; the password-protected reporting page uses an administrator-only session cookie. Routine hosting logs may still be processed by Afrihost independently for security and service operations.

Illustrative demonstrations

The three interactive case-workflow examples are fictional simulations showing how the proposed BGT approach could operate. They do not connect to live AI models, mailboxes, business records or external systems. The engineering scenario is informed by BGT planning around PoyntIQ™ / IntelliPoynt™ in the context of Poynting Antennas; it does not represent a completed deployment, an authorised case study, specific product recommendations or endorsement. All scenarios use synthetic information and do not represent implemented customer outcomes. Any customer deployment would require a separately scoped, secure and approved project.

Microsoft technology

“Microsoft-first” describes a preferred implementation approach and does not imply a formal Microsoft Solutions Partner designation, Microsoft endorsement, or permission to use Microsoft certification badges.

Personal information in client solutions

Client-facing solutions would require case-specific arrangements addressing permissions, lawful processing, security, retention, access controls and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) before live use.
